Parameters:

session - active client session orchestrator

hostOrUri - raw hostname or URI with explicit scheme

existsAlternativeConnection - whether an alternative fallback connection exists

infoReceiver - callback receiver for connection status updates

token - correlation token for connection lifecycle tracking

Returns:

an initialized ServerConnectionI instance

Throws:

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException - if factory construction or connection allocation fails
